What digital offer to best enhance driver loyalty?
Design a digital service enabling transporter operations to enhance the loyalty of their drivers.
That’s the objective of the project Michelin Solutions gave us.
A design project with two main requirements:
Creating a reward/compensation system based on data from driver practices and customer satisfaction.
Solution interfacing, from the Proof of Concept, with the Michelin application ecosystem
Our action, from the observation of uses to the selection of design options
Exploration of uses through an immersive study of drivers and operation managers
Prototyping driver and operator use scenarios (storyboards, smartphone screens, web interfaces, etc.).
Testing service prototypes to formulate recommendations.
Leading co-design workshops throughout the project to share knowledge. At the last workshop, we defined the tools to be used in the Michelin Solutions innovation process!
